Our Team

Centre for Child Health, BLK-MAX Hospital, New Delhi is a centre of excellence for child care. The Division of Pediatric Pulmonology, Allergy and Sleep Medicine is a team of pulmonologists, respiratory therapists, technicians and nurses who offer expertise in the diagnosis and management of common and rare respiratory, allergy and sleep problems in neonates, children and young adults.

We have a fully equipped bronchoscopy suite for diagnostic and interventional bronchoscopy in children, along with advanced respiratory diagnostics — lung function testing (spirometry, impulse oscillometry, lung volumes and diffusion capacity), allergy testing (skin prick test), studies for evaluation of swallowing dysfunction, sleep studies and sweat chloride testing.

We work in close association with other pediatric subspecialities including Pediatric ICU, Pediatric Surgery, Pediatric Neurology, Pediatric Cardiology & Cardiothoracic Surgery, Pediatric Endocrinology, Pediatric Gastroenterology, Pediatric ENT, Physiotherapy and Child Psychology.
